IM Injections

Quick, targeted nutrient support in and out in minutes

Nurse-Led Care · Medical Screening Before Every Treatment

Targeted nutrient support

What are IM injections?

IM (intramuscular) injections deliver a single, concentrated nutrient directly into the muscle, where it is absorbed steadily into the bloodstream. Where an IV drip supports several goals at once through a longer infusion, an IM injection is built for one thing, done quickly.

Every injection follows the same standard as our IV therapy: a pre-screening questionnaire and a short nurse consultation before treatment, so what you receive is right for you, not just what you asked for.

Our IM Injections

D3

Vitamin D IM Injection

Supports immune function, bone health and general wellbeing.

Vitamin D is produced through sun exposure, which makes it one of the most common shortfalls in Ireland's climate, particularly through autumn and winter. It plays a role in calcium absorption, bone health and normal immune function.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between an IM injection and an IV drip?

An IM injection delivers a single nutrient into the muscle in a few minutes. An IV drip infuses a broader blend of vitamins, minerals or antioxidants directly into the bloodstream over 45 to 60 minutes. Injections suit a quick, targeted top-up. Drips suit a fuller session addressing several goals at once.

What's the difference between a Glutathione injection and a Glutathione IV drip?

Both deliver the same antioxidant. The injection is a smaller, faster dose, a quick top-up. The IV drip delivers a fuller dose over a longer infusion and is often paired with Vitamin C. Your nurse can help you decide which suits your goals and schedule.

Do I need a consultation before an IM injection?

Yes. Every injection follows a pre-screening questionnaire and a short nurse consultation, the same as our IV drips.

How often can I have a Vitamin D or B12 injection?

This depends on your individual levels and goals. We will advise a suitable schedule at your consultation rather than a fixed rule for everyone.

Does a Vitamin D injection replace supplements?

Not necessarily. Some clients use injections alongside oral supplements, others switch to injections entirely. Your nurse will advise based on your levels and goals.

How much do vitamin injections cost in Dublin?

Each IM injection is €69 as a single session.
