On this website, the terms ‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ refer to, ‘The Skin Nurse Clinic’. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website, or the client as the context requires.
The Skin Nurse Clinic is operated by The Skin Nurse Clinic Limited, registered in Ireland under company number 746650, with a registered office at Unit 5, The Seapoint Building, 44 / 45 Clontarf Road, Dublin 3, Dublin, D03 P903, Ireland. Our clinic is located at 44/45 Clontarf Road, Clontarf, Dublin 3.
Treatments are carried out by NMBI-registered nursing professionals, under the clinical leadership of founder Nicola O’Byrne, whose nursing and dermatology experience spans 35 years.
All offers are subject to availability and are for a limited time only.
Special offers may only apply to treatments with specific members of practitioners.
There are no refunds on discounted Items. All purchases of discounted items are final and non-refundable. We do not offer any refund, return, or exchange for products purchased at a discounted price. By proceeding with the purchase of discounted items, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via a suitable announcement on the Website. It is your responsibility to check for such changes. The changes will apply to the use of the Website after we have given such announcement. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue using the Website. If you continue using the Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms; and modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website and the material contained within (or any part) without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website or its contents.
You may browse our website without registering but will need to become a registered customer to purchase any goods via our website. When you become an online customer, your username will be your valid email address and you will be asked to input a password when registering.
You are responsible for all actions taken under that username, whether by you or any other person. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password safe. You should not disclose or transfer your username or password to any other person, and you must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your username or password.
You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide to The Skin Nurse store when you register is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you are not impersonating any other person or entity. The products purchased on this site are for private and domestic use only and are not for re-sale. You will notify The Skin Nurse store immediately of any changes to the personal information.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on The Skin Nurse store.
The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we
debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account or
dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the latter.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from The Skin Nurse store.
You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer, please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. This process is outlined in our Refunds channel.
All products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. All photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website and any descriptions, photos or illustrations are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them.
It is important to note that images may vary.
They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard. All prices are subject to change, are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of VAT at 21% (or its current rate at purchase) where applicable. All sale prices quoted are valid only while stocks last.
All products should be patch tested before complete use to determine suitability. It is then the customer’s responsibility to determine whether a product is suitable for use on their skin. Whilst advice may be given via telephone or email, The Skin Nurse store cannot be held responsible if a product reacts with your skin or if you simply do not like the product. It is recommended that you have a skin consultation at our clinic prior to using cosmeceuticals products due to their active nature.
Free samples received with your order may vary in brand and quantity depending on current availability. The Skin Nurse store will not accept responsibility if the samples sent vary from what was originally requested on your order. Samples will not be sent with your order unless they are added to your shopping cart.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The Skin Nurse store reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice to you.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card or via your PayPal account. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your good or provision of the service to you. If payment is to be made via a credit card a pre-auth value will be held against the card until the card issuer validates the payment.
In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and The Skin Nurse store discovers this before accepting your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on theskinnurse.ie are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.
You confirm that the credit, debit card or PayPal account that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
You may only use one discount code with each order. The Skin Nurse store reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code to the basket.
We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a maximum order value.
We ask that you familiarise yourself with these terms and conditions before you place an order as we reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged. If there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions upon which the discount codes were issued and these terms and conditions, the discount code terms and conditions prevail.

We do not have access to customers payment details and all our transactions are carried out through the high security PayPal payments service and credit card payment partners.

In order for us to facilitate the provision of a free gift, it may be necessary for us to include the free gift on our site at a nominal value.
For the avoidance of doubt, you are not entitled to ‘purchase’ the free gift without purchasing the product it is provided free with and any attempt to ‘purchase’ the free gift will be cancelled (notwithstanding any automated communication you may receive acknowledging your order). In the unlikely event that the free gift is despatched to you, you shall be obliged to return the free gift upon written request.
You will also be obliged to return the free gift if you are returning the product which allowed you to be eligible for the free gift. Failure to do so will result in a deductible fee to the amount of the RRP of the free gift from the refund amount.

If a reaction does occur, photos can be sent to The Skin Nurse store for review. It will be at the discretion of The Skin Nurse store if a refund is to be given.
Gift vouchers may be purchased through our website or in person at our clinic. Upon purchase, the buyer is responsible for providing accurate information for the recipient and understand the terms of use associated with the voucher.
All gift vouchers and gift cards are valid for the use towards full price treatments, they are not redeemable towards promotional offers, or towards products purchases. The full value of any voucher or gift card is fully redeemable until balance is zero.
We reserve the right, at our complete discretion to refuse to sell Gift vouchers to any person at any time for any reason. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new Gift voucher and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
Anyone holding the Gift voucher can use its value to make purchases, so your Gift voucher should be kept secure. If your Gift voucher is lost or stolen, immediately report this to The Skin Nurse Clinic. We take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you because of a lost or stolen Gift voucher.
The Skin Nurse Clinic gift vouchers expire 5 years from the date of purchase.
The Skin Nurse Clinic will run promotional activities from time to time. All promotions will be governed by their relevant terms and conditions and will be offered at our strict discretion.
No Refunds on Discounted Items: All purchases of discounted items are final and non-refundable. We do not offer any refund, return, or exchange for products purchased at a discounted price. By proceeding with the purchase of discounted items, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
The Skin Nurse Clinic may suspend, terminate, or change the terms and requirements of the Refer a Friend Program at any time and for any reason.
Referral credits already earned in accordance with these terms before such change, suspension, or termination will be honoured at our sole discretion.
By taking part in The Skin Nurse Clinic Refer a Friend Program, participants acknowledge and agree that the clinic may, at its discretion, share limited information such as first name and the referral status between the referrer and referee for the purpose of confirming eligibility and tracking referral rewards. No information about specific treatments, services, or products purchased will be shared.
The program is open to existing patients (“Referrers”) and new patients (“Referees”) of The Skin Nurse Clinic.
Both the Referrer and the Referee must be over 18 years of age.
The Referee must be a new client to The Skin Nurse Clinic and must not have attended or purchased services previously.
The Referrer may refer an unlimited number of new clients.
Referral credits may be redeemed against eligible treatments and services at The Skin Nurse Clinic.
Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
Credits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise specified.
Referrals are currently verified manually, based on the Referee mentioning the Referrer’s name at the time of booking or treatment.
The Skin Nurse Clinic reserves the right to verify all referrals before issuing any credits.
In the future, referrals may be tracked automatically through our client management system (Phorest).
The Skin Nurse Clinic values and protects your privacy. To administer this program, the clinic may share limited information, such as first names and referral status between the Referrer and Referee.
No confidential information or treatment details will be disclosed. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
The program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
The Skin Nurse Clinic reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any referral or reward if it believes the program is being misused or manipulated.
Participation in the Refer a Friend Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
A consultation fee of €50 applies and is fully redeemable against the cost of any treatment booked as a result of that consultation. This credit must be used within 8 weeks of your consultation date. After this period, it can no longer be applied, and the consultation fee is treated as non-redeemable.
Medical History & Disclosure To provide safe and appropriate care, you are required to disclose full and accurate details of your medical history, current medications, allergies, and any relevant health conditions prior to treatment including whether you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive. Where treatment cannot proceed because this information was incomplete or inaccurate, our Booking, Cancellation & No-Show terms apply.
Clinical Suitability & Right to Refuse or Postpone Treatment All treatments are provided at the clinical discretion of our nursing team. We reserve the right to decline, postpone, or modify any treatment where, in our professional judgement, it is not clinically appropriate to proceed. This decision is made in your interest and is final.
Informed Consent Before certain treatments, including but not limited to injectables, Filler, Sculptra, Radiesse, and IV Vitamin Therapy you will be asked to complete and sign a separate, treatment-specific consent form in clinic. This sets out the relevant risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare requirements for your treatment, and forms part of your agreement with us alongside these Terms.
Individual Results Aesthetic and wellness treatments vary in their effect from person to person, depending on factors including skin type, health, and lifestyle. While our team will discuss expected outcomes with you at consultation, we do not guarantee specific results.
Minors Clients under 18 may only be treated with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must attend the initial consultation and treatment appointment. Certain treatments, including prescription-only and injectable treatments, are not available to clients under 18. Suitability for any treatment for a minor is assessed case-by-case by our clinical team.
Photography As standard clinical practice, before and after photographs are taken as part of your treatment record, to support your ongoing care and clinical follow-up. These images form part of your confidential clinical file and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Separately, we may ask your permission to use before and after images for marketing purposes, including our website and social media. This is always requested and agreed with you individually, and you’re free to decline without affecting your treatment or care.
Adverse Reactions & Complications If you experience any concern, reaction, or complication following treatment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible so our clinical team can advise and, where necessary, arrange a review.
Certain treatments, including bridal packages, treatment courses, and multi-session programmes are sold as a package of sessions rather than a single appointment. The following applies in addition to our Booking, Cancellation & No-Show terms below.
As part of FemHub, we may signpost you to independent medical and wellness professionals outside The Skin Nurse Clinic, including doctors, specialists, and allied practitioners for concerns outside our own scope of practice.
This is a self-referral service: we provide you with the relevant practitioner’s contact details, and it is your responsibility to contact them directly and arrange your own appointment. We do not share your personal or health information with these practitioners as part of this process, and we do not make bookings on your behalf, guarantee their availability, or have any ongoing involvement in the care they provide.
These practitioners operate independently of The Skin Nurse Clinic. We are not responsible for the advice, treatment, or outcome of any appointment arranged through a referral of this kind.
IV Drip Therapy
IV Drip Therapy appointments are subject to these Terms in addition to our Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy below.
Ingredient Availability: On occasion, a specific ingredient within your chosen IV formulation may be unavailable on the day of treatment. Where this occurs, we may substitute an alternative ingredient of comparable therapeutic value. You will be informed of any substitution prior to treatment.
Pre-Treatment Health Questionnaire: Your deposit is taken at the time of booking, and you will be sent a pre-treatment health questionnaire shortly after. This allows our clinical team to check for any contraindications ahead of your appointment. It is your responsibility to complete this questionnaire fully and truthfully.
Treatments & Services: Individual treatments and services are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person, except where a confirmed medical contraindication prevents treatment from proceeding. See Package & Course Treatments and Treatment-Specific Terms above for full detail on packages, courses, and IV Drip Therapy.
Retail Products: You have a statutory right to cancel an online order for physical products within 14 days of receipt, in line with EU and Irish consumer protection law. We go beyond this minimum: unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened or used products are not eligible for return, except where faulty. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A deposit is required to secure all appointments; where no deposit is paid, the appointment will be cancelled.
Late Cancellation or No-Show
Late Arrival: If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, we will need to reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure your rescheduled appointment.
Deposit Amounts: A standard deposit of €50 applies to secure most appointments. Certain treatments carry a different deposit, reflecting their preparation and product cost for example, IV Drip Therapy requires a €75 deposit, taken at time of booking. The applicable deposit will always be confirmed to you at the time of booking.
We would recommend booking or rescheduling as far in advance as you can. We cannot always guarantee treatment by the same practitioner or at the exact time requested.
The content of the Website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights and you acknowledge that the material and content supplied as part of the Website shall remain with us or our licensors.
You may retrieve and display the content of the Website on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices.
You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Website.
Notwithstanding any other provision in the Terms, nothing in these Terms:
affect or limit your rights as a consumer under EU law;
or will exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
The Website is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to it and its use. You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and cannot be responsible for the security or privacy of the Website and any information provided by you. Whilst we will try to ensure that material included on the Website is correct, reputable and of high quality, we cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience with the Website. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
