I am a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapist working with clients for over 10 years primarily in the areas of depression, anxiety, stress and relationship issues. Although I work with many modes of therapy my experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques has shown me the power that our thoughts can have over our emotional and physical wellbeing and CBT has been a favourite discipline of mine.
My training with the British Menopause Society has helped me combine my experience in CBT with helping women in coping with symptoms associated with the menopause.
The lack of specific, psychotherapeutic support in Ireland for women, in this arena brought about Menocare and our mission to facilitate women to help each other during this lifestage.
