Is there a contract lock-in?
No. There’s no minimum commitment. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice. Your membership benefits continue through the notice period.
When can I book my first treatment?
Immediately following your consultation, payment confirmation, and medical suitability assessment. No waiting period.
How far apart are treatments scheduled?
Smooth Aging 3: Approximately every 16 weeks. Smooth Aging 4: Approximately every 12–13 weeks. Premium: One per month, chosen by you. see monthly treatment menu above.
What areas can be treated with Smooth Aging (anti-wrinkles)?
Up to three standard eligible areas per treatment. You’ll also get one extra complimentary small area at every visit, worth up to €199 (subject to clinical suitability).
What complementary areas are covered?
Forehead, frown lines, crow’s feet, bunny lines, chin, gummy lines, DAO / downturned mouth, lip flip, mini brow lift, nose flare, and nose-tip lift.
Do unused treatments or areas roll over?
Smooth Anti-aging Memberships: treatments don’t carry forward. Complimentary areas cannot be carried forward, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit. What’s scheduled is what’s used that month.
Premium Membership: you can carry over two month of credit, to use towards a treatment on the third month
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows mean your scheduled treatment is considered used.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can pause (freeze) your membership once per year for 1–3 months. Pause requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before your next billing date.
What if I change my mind right after joining?
If you joined online or outside the clinic, you have 14 days to cancel for a full refund as long as you haven’t used any membership treatments.
What if my payment fails?
Membership benefits are immediately paused until your account is brought up to date. Update your payment details as soon as possible to restore access.
What if I cancel early?
Treatments already received are recalculated at the clinic’s normal retail price. If there’s an outstanding difference, it becomes payable.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
No. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. They’re for your individual use only.
Can I gift a membership to someone?
Yes, Contact the clinic to discuss gifting options, we can set up a membership in someone else’s name.
