Mesotherapy / skin booster
The state of our skin can undoubtedly betray our age & lifestyle. Genetic determinants, diet & sun all have a part to play in the skin with large pores, or that’s photo-damaged. As we get older, the hyaluronic acid portion of our skin decreases & results in fine lines & wrinkles. Even with the best moisturiser, it won’t resolve. Don’t worry in this article we are going to discuss one of the best skin treatment at The Skin Nurse Clinic i.e. Mesotherapy concerning your external beauty.
Injectable hyaluronic acid procedures not only alleviates the condition of dry skin & enhance natural elasticity but even enhance the firmness & luminosity of exposed sensitive areas such as the neck, décolletage & hands.
Restylane® Skinboosters™ and Juvederm® Hydrate® are scientifically proven to provide and maintain deep skin hydration for a healthy glow while reducing fine lines and skin imperfections, such as acne scarring and sun damaged skin, with refreshingly natural results.
What does Mesotherapy do?
The ageing process causes the skin to become drier & less elastic. Mesotherapy provides deep skin hydration to improve the quality of your skin.
How does Mesotherapy work?
This treatment replenishes the skin from within using hydrating microinjections of hyaluronic acid & vitamins. A gel-like substance that absorbs water is injected into the skin. This draws deep skin hydration to the treated areas. This treatment can be used to improve skin quality on the face, neck, decolletage, hands, & areas of acne scarring.
What happens in Mesotherapy during your appointment?
With each session at The Skin Nurse Clinic, you may or may not have numbing medicine applied to your skin. You’ll get several injections using a special short needle. The needle may be connected to a mechanical gun to release many injections in a row.
The injections can be given at different depths — from 1 to 4 millimetres into your skin — depending on what condition you’re having treated. Your doctor may put the needle into your skin at a particular angle, or flick their wrist very fast while injecting. Each dose may only place a tiny drop of the liquid into your skin.
You’ll probably need various mesotherapy sessions to get the desired effect. You should expect to return to the doctor 3 to 15 times. At first, you’ll get the injections every 7 to 10 days. If your skin begins improving, the treatments will be stretched out to once every two weeks or once a month.
What results can I expect?
Skin Boosters leave the skin with lasting increased hydration. The procedure also enhances the smoothness, firmness & elasticity of your skin. Your skin will look healthier & hydrated with a beautiful glow.
