I went in for  my daughter and myself and combined we have been back about 6 times. The lady who greets you (sorry I don’t know her name ) is absolutely lovely really friendly and made us both feel very comfortable and welcome which is always a good start . Then we met Nicola who is brilliant knows exactly what she is doing and explained everything thoroughly and simply with no bs ,everything we hoped for with both of our skin concerns has been addressed and we are delighted with the results.
